Measures, marks and cuts
The machine is built with a solid metal structure. The machine arms are pulling the rope from one pallet box, marking, cutting and feeding it into a second pallet box. This is what we call “box to box” operation.
The Amacut AM801, can also pull rope from a coil, where there is no need for pallet boxes. In this case we can deliver a customized coil unwinder.
The cutting of the rope is done by a specially V-shaped hot-knife. This results not only in cutting the rope by melting it, but you also weld the fibers in the rope together. This prevents any fraying of the rope.
