A specialized machine, custom built to sew gillnetting onto twisted and braded floating ropes up to 28 mm diameter. It can also sew through rope with lead.

This is the new generation gill-net machine especially developed to be able to sew twisted and braded floating ropes up to 28 mm diameter. The machine is also well suited for sewing lead ropes. The sewing pattern is specially made for sewing different types of ropes. New patterns can easily be made electronically, and the machine can store up to 100 different programs. Sewing of thicker ropes are done on the side of the ropes according to the programming of the different needs.

The machine has thread-cutter, presser-foot lift and are fully electronic controlled. Special constructed needle guard mounted on the needle-plate to avoid braking of needles and drop stitches caused by needle bending into the materials. The different solutions made makes this to the markets strongest solution for joining gill-nets.

The machine is delivered with a special construction on the tabletop where the machine is submerged, this gives the operator an ergonomic and productive working station. The materials are handled from left to right, behind the machine to achieve the best operational production. Different programs are made for any ropes, gill-nets and type of joining based on generations of experience.
